Our Mission

Mission CTRL is a nonprofit technology organization dedicated to helping churches, ministries, charities, and community organizations leverage technology to advance their missions.

Our mission is simple: Help those who help others. We believe that organizations doing the most important work in our communities—feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, caring for the sick, nurturing spiritual growth—deserve the best technology to amplify their impact.

Too often, nonprofits struggle with outdated systems, limited technical expertise, and budget constraints that prevent them from using technology effectively. We exist to bridge that gap, providing professional-grade technology services at nonprofit-accessible prices.

Core Values

These principles guide every decision we make and every project we undertake.

Mission First Every technology decision starts with your mission. We build solutions that serve your purpose, not our portfolio.
Integrity & Transparency We're honest about what technology can and cannot do. No hidden fees, no vendor lock-in, no surprises.
Partnership Over Transactions We're not just vendors—we're long-term partners invested in your ongoing success and growth.
Continuous Learning Technology evolves rapidly. We stay ahead so you don't have to—bringing you proven, modern solutions.
Accessibility & Inclusion We build technology that works for everyone, following WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.
Stewardship We honor the trust placed in us by using resources wisely and delivering maximum impact per dollar.

Our Service Model

We're committed to making technology accessible to organizations of all sizes and budgets.

Sliding-Scale Pricing

We adjust fees according to an organization's size and resources, ensuring cost is never a barrier to mission-critical technology.

Pro Bono Projects

We reserve capacity for organizations that cannot afford needed services, providing free or heavily subsidized projects each year.

Technology Grants

We help clients identify and apply for grants that can fund technology improvements, maximizing available resources.

Corporate Partnerships

We work with technology companies willing to donate licenses, equipment, or services to support nonprofit missions.

Our Location

Proudly based in North Carolina, serving organizations locally and nationally.

While our headquarters is in North Wilkesboro, we work with organizations across the United States through remote collaboration and strategic on-site visits.
